Children and Teen Therapy
When kids or teens struggle, it often shows up in behavior, school performance, or emotional outbursts. Therapy can help make sense of these moments. I provide a calm, supportive environment where children and teens can express themselves in ways that feel natural – through play, art, or conversation.
What You Can Expect
Each session is shaped around your child’s needs. Some may need space to talk; others may need to move, create, or imagine. I use a combination of play therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other approaches to help kids build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and understand what their feelings are trying to tell them.
For parents, I provide guidance and insight along the way, so you can better understand what your child is experiencing and how to support them at home.
Therapy is not about “fixing” your child – it’s about giving them tools to feel safe, confident, and capable in their world.
